Retrieving Project Information

With the AthenaSecure Telegram bot, users no longer need to guess or triple check if the various group chats they're in are authentic or scams. Apart from the fact that the bot (@AthenaSecureBot) only remains in verified project chats, users can also DM the bot with the /getinfo command to retrieve project information (Universal Verification System).
